Delete your Airport Tally account

In the app (immediate): open Profile → Delete account and follow the steps. It deletes your profile, airports, check-ins, marks, photos, friends and blocks. You can export your airports first.

Without the app: your account is anonymous, so we need to check it's yours.

1. Email support@airporttally.app with your username.
2. We'll reply and ask for three airports you collected, and roughly when you started using the app (month and year).
3. If they match, and the account hasn't been used since you wrote, we delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Without a username we can't tell which account is yours: it holds no name, email or phone number. Delete it in the app before you uninstall.

Reports you filed about people stay, without your identity. Copies may remain in backups for up to 30 days before they're overwritten.
